Shipping & Returns.

Shipping: postage/shipping of large items across Australia and the world is an expensive enterprise. For orders within Australia our shipping costs begin at $22.50 for smaller un-framed items and increases according to size and weight.

We use only the best couriers and postage services, and endeavour to protect your new artwork as much as possible during the transportation process. We include insurance and other buffers to help shield this process. If you are unhappy at anytime with the cost of your artwork delivery please contact us directly via email. We will discuss your options with you in a factual way and hopefully come to an arrangement that better suits your needs, i.e. pick up. For international orders we have come up with an average cost of shipping which, admittedly, will not suit every scenario. Natalie Tegart reserves the right to cancel an order due to an inability to deliver the art within the quoted costings. If this occurs to you, expect to be contacted by our team and a personalised quote created for your particular case and location.

Returns: If your order is damaged in transit or the quality of the product does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund or credit towards another artwork. We need to be notified within 7 days of your order being delivered.

If you change your mind about the image itself, we can only offer a 30% credit towards another artwork as all pieces are printed on demand when an order is received.

Simply returning the product, without proper notification will not result in a refund.

"Quality" pertains to the clarity and colour of the image and the integrity of the product itself. As all images are approved by the artist and only the finest materials are use, we ensure that these are all of the highest standard.

Warranties: Products printed by Natalie Tegart for sale via this website are covered by our Replacement Warranty.

While we use the best and most appropriate products available for each order at the time, there are factors beyond our control that can affect the life of a reproduction.

Under normal household conditions you could reasonably expect a pigment reproduction on top quality paper to last 3-4 generations (80 -100 years) without noticeable fading. All longevity tests are done in controlled environments, using advanced aging techniques. The real world is quite different. Apart from simple UV light fade, there are other factors such as humidity, air pollution, improper framing etc that can affect the life of a print, not to mention floods, fires and accidental damage.

The Warranty covers all possibilities.

  • All prints and fine art reproductions made by Natalie Tegart are covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

  • If ANYTHING should happen to your print or fine art reproduction, we will replace it for 50% of the current price provided the original print is returned to us.

  • All replacements must first be approved by the artist. Due to copyright laws, we must get the artist's approval before making any replacement.
